Geri Silverstone
Geri is a political communications and community engagement strategy expert with 20 years global experience across the built environment, transport infrastructure, education, and local government sectors. Geri’s strengths lie at developing and implementing high level fully integrated communications, public affairs, and stakeholder engagement strategies.

Hannah Lazell
A skilled political and policy analyst with sixteen years’ experience in policy and public affairs, Hannah has a deep understanding of policy development and communicating policy to different audiences at local, regional and national levels. Hannah has a strong understanding of business and global issues and is well placed to lead first class policymaking across a number of areas.

Paul Boughen
Paul has over 20 years' experience working in the built environment building stakeholder and community buy in and support for large scale housing and infrastructure projects. He has worked with prominent retail clients including Peel Group and Ikea on retail projects in Gloucester and at the Meridian Water development site in Enfield. During his time working on the Ebbsfleet Garden City development in Dartford, Paul played a key role in developing the approach to local business inward investment for the Ebbsfleet Central retail centre for the Garden City development. Paul has worked with several Economic Development teams through his career including the Mid Sussex District Council Economic Development Team where Paul coordinated initiatives to attract inward investment to the Brookleigh development in Burgess Hill on behalf of client Homes England

Terry Parker
Terry is the former Chief Executive of Traverse (2018-2021) the consultation and engagement consultancy. He also spent seven years working for Huntingdonshire District Council including a spell as their Managing Director. Terry has worked with Silverstone Communications from the start. His offering of senior strategic advice and leadership has been invaluable.

Jess Silverstone
Jess is by far the cutest member of the team. She is popular with both clients and staff. Her listening skills are excellent and is very nimble at finding food.
